Won’t be writing much over the weekends, I’ll still be sticking to my healthy eating but its family time Saturday Sunday and we’ve got our step kids this weekend so intend on getting them ready for Halloween and having adventures!

I will still keep the food diary though so I can look back and see how I’ve eaten; it’s the first week so I don’t want to fall at the first hurdle

Normally Saturday nights are pig out and flop nights, so I’m going to make sure I’ve plenty of healthy food to nibble on! Sunday morning is the Kettlercise Class so I want to keep motivated for that, cant wait for a weekend when I feel like I can just “throw” on clothes instead of constantly trying to find clothes I can hide behind!
