Day 7 – Week 4 – Monday 19th November (day 13 meal plan)

Bootcamp this morning was ace!

Despite being motivated at the class I’m feeling a bit blah about the whole thing this afternoon, need a bit of extra motivation!  (and another coffee)

Have got my manicure and pedicure later though which will be lovely (my reward for my 7lb loss) and it’s nice to get my rewards coming through for what I’ve lost so far

I think it’s not the end of the world if you feel a bit negative some days, it’s human nature, So decided to try to focus on the health benefits of what I’m doing,
