Day 7 – Week 7 – Monday 10th December
So as most women know, you feel your best when you are wearing your heels. Now, back “in the day” I used to wear heels no problem, then as the weight pilled on I began to notice more and more that my knees used to hurt, my back, my ankles would kill. Of course I still wore heels, I mean there was no way I wouldn’t, but the whole process was uncomfortable.
I went out over the weekend and I WORE HEELS AND MY FEET DIDNT HURT!!
