New treats and targets..

A big part of this challenge for me has been keeping motivated, I’m normally a very driven person in what I do work wise and personal life but when it came to diets I needed a giant kick up the ass to keep myself going, hence getting to the point of being very unhappy.

As my 12 week challenge draws to the end Im starting myself another 10 week challenge so want to have a think this weekend of new targets!!

Wont be focussing on the weight targets now, it will be more about bodyshape, personal challenges and many other things!
